Coding a template DLE

I want hire a coder for a template for me.
Please for me know, how much money i must have so that do this?
My template need DLE show content as below picture, and show count comment,rate beside title post.

There are some free templates like that .

Get one and make some minor changes ( gfx - logo etc...)

Coding one will take time/money + very likely to have bugs

Ofcourse coding will take time and money, but it's better to get somewhat of unique design for DLE instead using ones used by xxxx other people.
Also, why will it have bugs? Don't talk about something you don't know, adjusting templates for DLE is not hard.

Why is it likely that it'll have bugs? If the coder knows what he/she's doing, I would say it's a smaller chance there'll be any bugs..
