So bad company
alot of ddos attack
alot of down time
so bad customer service
if you request something may be they will do it after 15 days or may be not .
really it's not worth to pay for their services .
 
Total lie from offensive customer, which expectations were bigger that should be. And those expectation was about things that wasn't included in price. It has nothing in common with DDoS attack, downtime, bad customer service. It's really sad to hear such lie from good customer.


The customer asked us to reinstall it server from webmin panel to kloxo panel, and move all the webistes to it. After some negotiation (since such thing isn't necessary at all) we agreed to do that, but task is not simple and takes time. So we didn't migrate those site on time. But anyway, that task wasn't urgent, since all the websites were working well, without any outages. Simply we haven't much time to accomplish that job on time. That is our only mistake. We can only apologize about such situation. It's really sad.

It's not truth. Company is great, support is awesome and very fast. Servers are great and they are cheap.

The only bad thing is when your site is under DDoS the IP is automatically nullrouted.
