I would like to have an option, to choose which file size non registered and registered free users can download. For example files over 400 MB need an Premium Account.
So you will make sales. and we will earn more and you will attract more users to your site

It depends on multiple factors
1) Source Server
2) Our server
3) Connectivity
I m sure if u use web upload / zoom uploader / desktop uploader you wont face such issues
