I just saw it. Denied Payment From A Email. Most likely it yours on sun 08 feb 2015 and also see ur mail which was receive on 10/02/2015 (A Day Back).
Anyways, Money move back to ur account. You can request it again and provide the correct details where you can accept the payment.
Also kindly wait 48-72 hours to get a reply from support team.
Sometime we reply in minutes. That time frame is a limit before giving up (I can say) :-=
