Hi, I am after the cheapest quote based on the following:
Linux VPS to use via command line
Allows torrents (preferrably offshore)
Up to 50GB of disk space
Up to 512MB ram
100MB Link
1TB bandwidth a month (I am likely not to use it all as I am not a heavy use might even just use 100GB a month so 500GB traffic is also OK)
A VPS provider that is easy going on DMCA notices
Also one thing, I am a security researcher so as a bonus is port scanning authorised hosts allowed? (If not it is fine I can give this up)
Quotes are welcome, cheapest will be chosen that can best meet my requirements.
Budget is up to $10. If there are members that have recommendations, also more than welcome
