Can't change the logo..

On the current theme I can't seem to change the logo.

Thing I've tried:
-Easy logo changer via the admincp, didnt work
-Firebug to locate the image directory, didnt work.
-went into the skin's images folder, the logo.png was the logo for the default IPB skin.

Go to your css style, find the "logo" element and replace the background image to your own logo. That will help prolly

No wait, you don't even have a logo. It's just text :p
Edit your text and put your logo there instead:

Login you ACP then go to your skin manager and click on your "consise" skin.
Edit templates on the left side and then look for the file: "default header" and there you can replace the "consise" part with the name of your forum.
