cant add debit card to paypal (india)

i am using SBI yuva (VISA) debit card.....but cant attach my debit card to my paypal account......:(

any one have the same prbl

Debit cards are not accepted by Paypal India. If you will try to add it, you will get the "Declined from Bank" error.
Get a Credit Card from ICICI Bank.
 
yeah, you can't use any Debit Card with PayPal India.

Reason : As per RBI guidelines, all debit cards in India must follow additional security checks using "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCode". That's why you can't use a debit card directly on a payment gateway if it doesn't support "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCode".
Most of the Payment gateways try to charge the card directly and it shows "Authorization failed !!"
 
open a fixed deposit worth 20,000 INR in ICICI bank and then apply for Credit Card, you will get it with a limit of 17,500 INR usage per month.
 
no ebooks needed, just use entropay, they will provide free Visa vcc, which can be recharged by Visa Debit card, and then use it in paypal or anywhere.
 
add ur bank account u cant add debit card
if u will add ur bank account then u can withdraw money ,In india without credit card u cant buy/purchase anything
