(Solved) Can you ban a whole country?

Lately I have had a rash of registrations from vietnam. This persoon or persons continue to post fake movies. My guess is so that they can earn $ for the downloads. Is there a hack or mod that allows me to block registrations from a entire country? Thank you for any help.

I was hoping to just prevent Vietnam from being able to register, not block them from viewing my site.

desiboy, thank you but thats above my skills. The .htaccess is working great for now. I havent seen the culprits since I changed it. I was hoping for a way to block them from registering in my forum, but allow them access to read posts.
