CV if you read there post you would see the reason they're coming here is cause when they create tickets about refunds there tickets are beening deleted please read

Post or PM proof you have created a ticket and it was deleted and I will remove the vendors thread.

Vendor please address this before it comes to that.

Prove your tickets were deleted and I will refund you the double the amount paid and yeah I do agree on the on going issue with the RDP servers but we are really striving to fix it. We have best of the servers available in the market but still the servers go down often, TBH the servers dont really go down, its the Remote Desktop Protocol that stops working and according to my knowledge it was a windows server bug which was fixed in their recent update but it seems it hasn't. We are going to re install the servers with the latest OS and see if it makes a difference. I very well understand your frustrating situation but trust me, we are really doing our best.

it's been 48h thans my RDP is down i write then a ticket and they say will reboot and still 24h no reboot
our busness is stoped please resolve this problem
 
Did you remove paypal payment support? I can't seem to see any option for paypal in the invoice menu.

Also, does this coupon code (5OFF) works with existing customers?
 
my rdp is not suspended you write me that your server is suspended from your host and ask me to move in NL rdp and waiting to setup a new RDP USA
and this morning i find in your website that you sell 2 avaible rdp usa ????
