You are the worst thing!
To be clear, do not let you encode, you close the progress, very much and I restarted my customer account deleted
and I forgot to mention that all users have admin rights but me
Sois lo peor que hay!!
Que quede claro,no te dejan encodear,te cierran los progresos,reinician muchisimo y me borraron mi cuenta de cliente

Even after several PM's to the filehosts, the IP is still stuck, you can submit a ticket to get the alternate slots for the same.

Submit the user id and the RDP ip for the same.
 
This will be solved today and i guess there is no issue with renewals for the issues you mentioned, support can clear this for you today itself.

You should still pay on time to avoid any disconnections.
