I wonder how it works buy traffic, I choose the link I want and how I want to send traffic to that link, if if I need to change the link and add another win to traffic I can? Anyone have any indication of a good?

If u pay the person some amount u get it (the traffic) until the time ends then ur site doesnt have traffic

They send via popups of their sites and banners (The legit ones)
The fake ones send via bots
The Spammers (They send traffic via email spamming and forum spamming)
The Whitehats (They Send Via Domain Parking)

Google adsense? And you cant buy everything. Good example would be that you can also not buy reputation...
People will just like your site or they wont, if they like it you just have to have some patience

I would say no to buy traffic.

I had some bitter experience some times back and from then, I never go for buying traffic.
