By "Best of Service" I meant to offer fast upload & download speed..a good space for uploader (500-750 GB)...If you make downloader to wait for hour to download next file..do you think they will appreciate Uploaders ?...They just gonna bash & will urge to upload on some other place or add more mirror...I didn't ask you to pay $100 or more for 1 k download..

About the downloads count:

1 download (file size 400-1024mb) = 30 points (for groub B)

Is it right?

I have 6 downloads but 0 points :O
 
We don't counting downloads manually, it's a script based on Goelocation, also please not that download count doesn't mean user downloaded full file, it may be canceled and no points given.
