please add argentina to group C, bring lots of traffic from that country, more than Chile :D and mexico

I register, soon will fill the 50GB free so I expect a free premium :D

The tiers are made because the downloaders from tier A and B are high rated by the Advertising companies and also they are buying premium accounts. The downloaders from tier C and D are very low rated by the ads companies and they do not buy premium accounts.
We made some calculations and this is the best we can do for the tier D countries.

Payments are made in maximum 7 days after your payout request.
We tried to pay you all as soon as possible, but we have sending limits on our paypal and bank account. We cannot make payments daily for all of you. We will try, but now is weekend and we cannot go to the bank, so probably on Monday you will receive payment.
