Hello Guys !

I Currently live in India.

I was thinking of building my First Porn site.

But some articles on web says it's not legal while there are thousands of active Indian Pornsites still out there on web.

I am seeking for your advice or suggestion , would it be possible to build?

If not,how to I make it possible like others are doing ?

We just had a discussion by PM and I told you that porn is banned in India.

But it is allowed to watch porn in private settings.

I don't know what kind of ban.
I can still access porn sites without connecting to VPN.

The locals running website that too in there local(mostly hindi) language .

I am here to be 100% sure about these things cause I am confused

You don't have an idea. Porn sites are banned in most Asian countries. Anyone can make porn site.

Uploading is distributing porn (which is illegal) and that happens in India. It really doesnt matter where rhe destination is (EU, US or Singapore).

So funny how stupid some of these Indians are.

Here's what I think.

See in 2022 government asked their ISP to block 63 website
one of them is

www.indianporngirl.com

Which You can access but in India I can't access it.

Means the website is still active for other countries.

Here one thing is clear that , the last thing Indian Government can do is order the ISP to block a specific website



That makes sense right?

The point was 'is it legal'? Distributing porn is illegal in India. Period.

Only if you have a lot of exposure, they will block your site. I wouldnt worry about 99% of the webmasters on WJ are fails.

Hmmm....

I have been getting traffic from tier 1 and 2 countries only

I can't even see 1% traffic from India.

So, If I block India from accessing my website or if the government do.

Won't everything be alright?

Yes, you can get all the Indian IPs and block those in Wordpress. Google.

Embedding is a safe way, but expect your site to be dumped with 456,732 other similar sites with the same low quality videos. Good luck with getting traffic and competing with these sites.

But I understand Quots has abandoned the idea.
