Yes I thought why not give a go though I'm noob at game card stuffs . I designed the mock up. The OP didn't mention the size so I designed it as full width banner. I request OP to PM me back with the correct size & confirm the layout so I can send the final PNG/JPG File :dan:.

As per ur provided image sizes,which need to be included in ur banner,only Standard Size Vertical Banner is possible..
So here it is :-
160x640 - png
