site is making around $100+ from cpm networks. And $50+ from links and banner sale.

i will show all the traffic stats and earning to serious buyers.

I have set Bin to $2500 but i will sell it when i get reasonable BID.

+ One thing i don't understand ( saw this on some other foums too )

Yet every single post = 0 replies / 1 view

2. The forum has only 2-3 uploaders . So if they quit when the forum sold - big problem for the new owner

here is the screen i got offer.

forum has more than 2000 threads per day so it does not matter if uploaders leave this but i dont think this gonna happen.

1* on katz and phaze. But can be increase by re-rating. It was 3* but site was down and reduce it to 1*
