Rule of thumb to buyers. You should look at a sites income for 6 months. In this case, this site would generate approximately $900 dollars. Since it doesn't have any custom features, that is about the projected price.

Make sure you get proof of revenue.

Yet every single post = 0 replies / 1 view

2. The forum has only 2-3 uploaders . So if they quit when the forum sold - big problem for the new owner

I agree. The age of the domain means nothing. And without prrof it makes $150 a month don't see the site costing that much.
