i-l-i-x.in (remove the dashes) is good. I didn't try it but I had heard good things about it from my friends. The owner of that site is available in this forum.

think that maybe i don't wanna join adf.ly to my actual working but making "new market" only for adf.ly - i know how i react for link-buc*s and such things so u really think that i lost my visitors for so little money ;)
i wanna.... mayby i wanna start with adf.ly but using power of my brain to create traffic there ;)
 
adf-ly good for advertiser not for publishers
in this fast world no one gonna wait to see ur content after waiting for 5 sec and then the page of yours loads that will take another 10 sec
so it's total waste
