Best image resizer/fixer plugin ?

Hi,
I need a plugin which can optimize my pictures fully. currently my gt metrix shows following errors. any idea how to fix these ? i tried using w3 cache but it always messes up my site.

W3 is a good plugin, you just need to take the time to configure it correctly. You can also use smush.it to optimize images.
