According to their stats the rates dont seem bad but take a look at the "Premium" Tags (MAY POP OR REDIRECT) thats a HUGE turn off for me. That mostly means they have malware related ads. I'll say same as clicksor. And the "Premium" ones should not redirect or pop up. Instead the regular ones should.

Premium should be better ads and better quality not pops or redirecting tags.
