Best cheapest option for file server

WHat would be best file server option for starting a file sharing site? Only the file server for the files, not the server where the script will reside.
Some options I have looked at are
kimsulfi 16g
ovh
hetzner

Have you chosen the host already?

Once OVH suspects what you are doing , they will suspend the server permanently and you will have to move some where else.
Try instantdedicated or leaseweb , which do co-operate with clients for solving abuse complains.

I'm also looking for a cheap file server. I do however want a host that will notify me of DCMA requests (so I can remove the content), instead of just shutting down the service.

Which of these listed providers just shuts down service upon first / second copyright notice?

u cant host on hetzner because if they find out that people are uploading porn on your server they will kill it as they are against porn :P

Best thing is to colocate :D
