There are thousands of Gamers already on Youtube With Their very own gaming channel. Your should be Original , You Should stand out from the crowd with either yourself or your content. So Be Original don't copy others. No One Would Watch you if you are exactly doing the same thing like the others.

Thumbnails :

Not many people know that you can add your own custom thumbnails to your videos. Adding a custom thumbnail enables you to make your videos stand out from others. Try and make your own thumbnails and Don't copy others hard work.

Titles and Video Description :

They are the top important things which you need to work on. My Suggestion for Gaming Channels is that "Add Mission Name - Game Name - Part Name" Make a template on your pc for a game summary info about the diff games and do link the description back to your social links .

Youtube Channel Name :

Always find a understandable or a quick memorizing channel name. People Would Keep "Raz3r" on the mind rather than "AwesomeGamingChannelbyRaz3r" on their mind. Think Unique Think Creative.

Content :

Always Do Research about the games which are in demand. Watch others videos to gain inspiration (Not Copy) . Watch the styles . If you are not good at a game don't stick to it change your genres experiment. Maybe You are not good with retail games then try out Indie Games or Retro Games. You Would get traffic anyhow if the content is good.

Never Record Your Gameplay with a Camera:

If You don't have the money to buy the software/Capture Card.Do Something else with your channel but no one would like to view a gameplay recorded from a camera.

Commentary :

According to Youtube Policies "
Videos simply showing a user playing a video game or the use of software for extended periods of time may not be accepted for monetization."

"
Video game content may be monetized if the associated step-by-step commentary is strictly tied to the live action being shown and provides instructional or educational value"

So add Commentary to your videos explaining every inch and turn about your gameplay.

Cut Scenes :

Always try to remove cut scenes from your gameplay. Cause most of the Gaming Company Claim copyright on The cut scenes and in game music. So Try to remove them out.

Don't Give Up:

It takes time to get a decent amount of visitors / users on your channel. Remember you are not the only one out their. So Keep Working Hard.

"Winners never quit and Quitters never win"
