Ticket #898141 My Eternal RAR issues

EDIT: The issue was solved by the support of subhy259 The last test result is below.

screenshotyp.jpg

http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/4480/screenshotyp.jpg

It takes more than 30 minutes to unrar just a 8 GB file. I have many files to unrar, resize and rar again. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Please do something. Solve the problem. Reboot the system or do anything else! I see that 8 users are online in our RDP system. Should everybody else be offline to be able to use the system stable and fast?

By the way, I am using a BLITZ 10 Gbps. It has Intel Bi Xeon E5606 processor and 24 GB DDR3 ECC Ram. However, I feel like I am using an old 1 Ghz Pentium 4 processor and 512 MB Ram. You should solve this problem or your perfect system is worth doing nothing!

The Eternal issue is under process

Here is a photo of the issue I am having for a long time. You can see the details.

screenshotnb.jpg

http://img716.imageshack.us/img716/8479/screenshotnb.jpg

File Size: 9,82 GB
UNRAR Time: 49 m 12 s
Verify Authenticity: OFF

As you can see in the photo, almost nothing is working on my private system except for RAR. So, I even can't unrar two files at the same time because then the waiting time is doubled. Think of it, one takes at least 45 minutes and I have many on them. So how can I work on this system? As I told you before, I wanna pay you and then I wanna forget you. I don't need to know that you are there for us to help because I don't want any troubles which need to be helped. When the system is almost perfect, then I and people like me can easily do their works without needing your help. Moreover I think that a good system must be like that; stabil, fast, responsive and no need to help. I hope you got exactly what I ask for!

I can't stand this trouble anymore. I almost started to hate the server. I opened a ticket and they tried to solve the issue; at least they told me that they were trying but it got worse and worse. I can't unrar a file in less time than an hour. So I have so many files to work on, I don't know what I should do. After they couldn't manage to solve the issue, they told me that they were using an application to defrag my drive and it will be solved in 4 hours but this issue ain't something new to their system. I think I am disappointed about the service on awesomerdp.com I expected much better service than what it is now. If the same issues go on, I will never suggest this server to any uploader else and I will tell the issues in all forums I am in.

:(

Wow, your process has a "perfect effect" on my system. Beforehand I could unrar a 9 GB file in an hour but now I need at least 4 hours to unrar a 9 GB file. By the way, in real life, it should be 5 minutes. Here is my proof. Look at the picture below and see the result. Nothing is running on the system, only 1 rar process is working.

screenshot2vtd.jpg

http://img818.imageshack.us/img818/7084/screenshot2vtd.jpg

File Size: 8,84 GB
Elapsed Time: 19 minutes 22 seconds
Time Left: 3 hours 59 minutes 03 seconds

Is this a joke? Are you kidding me? I can get much and much better results even by using a Pentium 3 and 64 MB ram, can't I? Your server is really awesome now, but in real meaning "awesome". I don't have any hopes anymore that you will fix the system. I condemn you!

abuluta what compression method do you use when you try to rar your file?
Store-Fastest-Fast-Normal-Good-Best?
As far as I know store method is the fastest one.
I had the same problem in my computer and when i started using store method instead of normal, the new rar files were created much faster.
Maybe this helps you. Unless it is cpu issue of the server or something else.

I use Store mode and it is the fastest. Moreover I don't have a problem about raring the files, I have a serious problem about unraring. No computer in the world unrar a 9 GB file in 4 hours in normal conditions. It is not about the method, it is about our RDP system. It is Awesome RDP, you know really "awesome". You can't believe in your eyes but look at the photo in my previous post.
