Or maybe are the reviewers shocking? Some of them that wrote bad feedback had some nasty websites that violates our acceptable usage policy and terms of service.

When someone break our rules, we reserve the right to suspend, block or remove them from our service.

You heavily market yourselves on being "Offshore DMCA Ignored Hosting" naturally you will attract these type of users and you knew it. Once you had made enough monies from them you did not need them anymore so suspended the accounts. Offshore is essentially means "anything and everything goes" (untouchable) - You used and mislead your customers, this company and alexhost needs to be condemned immediately.

Not true, in fact Offshore Hosting is just other country that allows anything that your country might not allow.
You are confusing that with Bulletproof, which we don't have nothing to do which it.

We don't attract anyone, because everything is in our website.

1) When you buy from us you accept and agree with our Terms of Service / Acceptable Usage Policy, then you know that you shouldn't do this or that. Right? If you do what can happen? Be suspended or blocked. That is a risk you will take for doing such things, is not fault of Ava.Hosting or other company.

2) Most of Frauds, Phishings know when they buy something that 95% of companies doesn't allow such activity like spam, phishing, fraud but they buy in the same, this not happen only with us. But with many hostings providers (also biggers known in the market and very well known).

3) If you do a research you can find that some "big companies" in Europe also does things that is not supposed to do. Like supporting Booters and Stressers... This is in the news. Our advice? Research from providers of France ;)

Ava.Hosting doesn't allow any kind of activity that is listed in our rules, as soon it is discovered or investigated we will suspend.

Offshore is anonymous hosting meaning you should not be accepting any payment methods other than crypto for your offshore services. You appear to be accepting Paypal and Bank Transfer which is mind boggling , you are not a serious company I suspect you attracted a lot of newbies over the years with your marketing. Maybe you should think of starting a marketing "company" while you are at it.

Some customers use us for Privacy and to avoid "fake dmca notices" from competitors...
Unfair fake abuse reports and more.

You can pay with Paypal or credit card, that is up to you. Of course is not privacy based if you pay with that methods...
