I have filled that forum 1 day ago but no response from them till now...If i fill it again may be they will ban my site...Some risk is there...

I have applied for my site 6 months ago and just yesterday, i got this email saying that you can apply again. so here i am, applied and waiting for getting whitelisted...
 
@shahzadali55: maybe because you have removed their buttons from your site. Add Button and apply again and you will receive an email.
 
I had also contacted them 6 months ago and today received email from them the same as mentioned few posts above.

Its not fake.
