Apache Installed and Working But Not Able to Open in Browser

Hi
I have Installed Apache In my Centos 6.3 X64 VPS. When I m checking it is Status in SSH Then it is saying Working but when i m trying to access it through Ip then it is saying Connection Timed Out.I tried on Three Diffrent PC's But still m getting this error. Can Any one please help me with that?

Whats about the firewall? Maybe it blocks the public connection.
If you ran apache on Windows Server you have to open the firewall for publi connection to apache before the homepage is online for web.

Thanks Guys after disabling IP Tables its working fine now..

But now i got one more issue. I have installed Torrentflux B4rt But when i m trying to run torrents then i m getting following problems in log.

"[2013/01/16 - 07:00:30] error: Problem connecting to tracker - [Errno 13] Permission denied
[2013/01/16 - 07:01:30] error: Problem connecting to tracker - [Errno 13] Permission denied"

Do You know why is it happening?

Well I can think of two possibilities

-Your ISP is blocking the port(rare)
-The trackers you are trying to connect has been shutting down, search for a recent one
