Its not court but some justice is done to the victim, like the scammer is permanantly banned. But the victim doesnt gets his money back :'(

Well only thing that helps is saving others from being the victim ;)
 
Well you havent gathered that much information.

But we always assume a scammer when he doesnt replies to a thread regarding his truth and activities.

Ok here is what I know about Cactus or whatever his name is, he is a scammer here is my proof. He scammed me over $15.

Which matches his msn name. You can also see he told me to pay to this paypal address.

In the paypal dispute, he tried covering it up and saying it was for GFX work and not a domain name.

He also goes by another name on WJ

OK well EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!!! He also tried telling me that the domain was on a bid, and that the $15 I sent him was un-refundable. He neglected to tell me there was a bid since he blocked me shortly after. The only way I found out was that I had to add him under a different name and asked him. He then told me his account where hacked.... Which is interesting that his account just happened to be hacked then. The best part is I sent him the link to this thread, and he wont defend himself on it.

Edit: It will be interesting to see which one of his accounts he uses. He also blocked me after I posted this.... Blocked for the 2nd time!

This guy is "Nemesis", hes already been banned on tons of accounts, just banned his current accounts which hes been using (DJCyrus81 and Cactus).

Anyway thanks for making this thread man, I never suspected Nemesis would return again.
