Alertpay to Paypal

Hi guys
Is there any way to transfer your funds from your alertpay Account to Paypal account...Without any tax or fee...

please help i have an Alertpay Account and i want to buy a thing and the seller accepts only Paypal...so what should i do...i also dont want to lose money like in processing fee...etc

you can't payment alertpay to paypal but you can exchange and there are some fee too

exchange of money is not allowed here
