hi I have one question if I give warez link from for example netload links at my website

is it make my website illage for hosting if my host doesnt contain any data in site just links name ?

can I get any host or will be terminate ? from hostseller
for exmaple if I buy hostgator or bluhost

u will got terminate becouse you don't have any permission from the owner for share it as free that mean u do ilegal
 
Hostgator and most big providers will teminate your account due to warez linking. BTW, warez discussions are not permitted (I think).
 
Majority hosting providers will just terminate your site. Providers that advertise as offshore will normally just ask you to remove certain content / links, not terminate the whole site. Hence, I would suggest you 2nd choice.

Hostgator will not say a word until they receive a complaint from files original owner. After that they will ask you to remove the content from your site. If this continues for 3 or more time then you account would be disabled.
