A/C verification of Payza

Last three days ago i had submitted my NID and pass port after one day they sent me a mail that my verification was not accepted cause of my birthday date not same.
My quotation is where and how i could change the date of birth?

I faced the same problem at past and I didn't find the solution.
So, I was create another account and verify that :p

I think change your account profile birth day and resubmit document again.

You can not change your date of birth .But payza can change if you resubmit your document.So try to contact or call them also you can free chat with them
