It is linked to NameCheap's Marketplace.
When you go on that site you'll see that owner of those domains is "erichamby". And "speedofpain" = "Eric Hamby".

I don't see why this thread should be closed. As there's no possible way he could scam someone via NameCheap's Marketplace.

i also do not see an issue with this,as Jason said im sure he is not going to be able to scam anyone via the namecheap marketplace.

Also agree with el_j on this note,if you dont think the staff here do our utmost to deal with the scammers that appear not only here,but everywhere on the internet you are welcome to simply leave
