Well that depends...& it's an individual decision...whether u want to get paid links or not..I can tel u for sure that they are equal number of SEO experts who themselves indulge in link sales/purchases..we have an inventory of clients with top sites as High as PR9 sites both selling/buying links...& ironically Google it self does..it.

I think directories have high dependence on the trust and the amount of spam links, so they are not suitable for high-quality link building;)
