Selling 415K Facebook Page For Sale

I have 415K facebook page. I opened it 3-4 years ago, but Ihaven't looked at the page until a month ago. I'm posting for one month only. I made a quick research but I don't know the procedures, for example how to price the page. I'd be happy if you help me with that, and I'm willing to sell the page if anyone is interested. Because you aren't really owner of anything on facebook. Therefore, you can't sell what you don't own.
