he has given me 1586 links
i have checked around 60-70 links manually

all links have a related article ( Same article but related to my blog and anchor text)
that article has 3 of my keywords with a hyperlink to my blog .
it's far better than taking non-sense profile backlinks
atleast you are getting a backlink from somewhat related content
it will surely boost your SERP to some extent
