No it is not DMCA ignored, however we do require extensive verification of the DMCA violation, requiring it to be submitted in writing, hence 99.9% of the accusations stop right there as false.

That is strange, we ran a scan and verified everything is ok. We also continuously monitor or environment. Rest assure we're secure.

I bought like 12 hours ago. within 1 hour I already got my account details and my server setup. but then I can not connect to the server since the start. been contacting the support few times and getting reply but without solution. I know that I pay cheap price, but it's only because of the "promotional code", what if it was not? is this reliable?

I never use your service, because I can't connect to the IP you gave me, submitted tickets didn't solve anything. Up until now, still can't connect!!

[/FONT]I'm extremely sorry to hear of your experience. The bad news is we had a node malfunction and had to do a bare metal reboot, quite literally the first occurrence as such in our history. It's unfortunate that you arrived at quite exactly at that time to have to go thru this. Our team worked around the clock, however kernal went into panic even after GRUBs were connected and we were required to operate within Rescue mode. A switch malfunctioned which was designed to prevent exactly an occurrence as such. Thankfully we have restored everything and currently is in working order and active.
