Why are you shaving payments twice? Once - paypal take some cash but also you paid ~1,5$ less that it should. Almost 34$ withdrawn. Send from user 32,5$ and paypal take 1,5$ so i got 31$... shaved twice... lol I'm know saying that's much but that's rude.
