The site was unavailable forenoon, and now all videos give 404 Not Found error. What happened?

I tried to upload videos, the site writes Files Uploaded, but nothing happened. The videos isn't in my videos section.

Why are you delete videos? Nowdays I got emails weekly vith the deleted videos list. Earlier there aren't any delete.
