Bodybuilding protein is it bad ?

Hehe, joking bit. Do some wikipedia research on protein before starting such threads, you can also visit my thread for some useful bodybuilding and fitness in general tips.

All supplements including Protein, Creatine, BCAA, Weight Gainers and other stuff there is on the market is legal and safe to use. Therefore, it won't kill or harm you. Even if you take 15x dose (body will absorb how much is required, rest goes for you to poop).

Protein supplement is nothing but a meal replacement.

You need to get your diet in order before wasting money on supplements.

How can protein be bad ?
Did you know that you use it all the time when you drink or eat (Except Water) ?
 
It's not bad is just meal replacement as smith said if your to busy don't have time to cook or don't
know how to you should go with it
if you think it's bad go with natural Fish, chicken , turkey etc all lean protein
1 - 1.5 g of protein per pound
so i weight 150 lb so i should take around 150 grams of protein every day
 
yeah you all are saying that because you havent tested them :D
you can use them only if you are down and your weight is less than 50kg...
this all kind off sport things are just market trick, they are not healthy if you overdose them or use to gain weight more than you have to be....

That's not true is for people who want to gain lean muscle mass It's protein if you can't enough protein from the meal you ate this is the best option you can think better than protein bars
 
It's not true! Proteins and amino acids aren't same thing. Amino acids are bad, proteins like whey not.

Amino acids (EAA) are very important stage of muscle building especially since its the building block for protein. Are you thinking of lactic acid? lol.
 
Yes, they are important for body building, but they are bad for health. With too many amino acids you lose gametes and with few years constant intake there is big possibility that you will not be able to have children.

1)Protein bad? yes if you drink a whole box in one day also if you swalow 100 vitamin c pilules in one day so the point is nothing is healty if you use it more than you should!!!

2) Amino acid not good for healt?This is to stupid to response i am ashame of such ignorance and to many low IQ from people who don't now at least to use google and call themself "webmaster"
