You should check your setting,
If you disable Direct Access, the videos are only played when you embed to your sites or you login StreamSilk account.

Okay, will be waiting for thumbnail export function, hopefully happens soon. 
One more suggestion, if you decide to upload (web upload) several files at once, all others are pending and only first one is uploading, and only when first upload is finished, others begin. Sometimes it's better to upload 10-20 files at once so you don't have to manually do it, but it would really take long. Can you at least allow uploading 3-5 files together while others are pending, so that upload will be faster and not too much waiting time?

I have Tryed this but you are not encoding multi audio I didn't see after uploading....Yes, sure, you can upload videos via API easilywith your mp4/direct url
