I have also created a support ticket concering my speeds. Only getting a max of 400kb/s so please look into that. BUT I can vouch for this guys speeds. I was getting 7000kb/s yesterday. Don't know what happen today.

Just checked now its already up, maybe you open the page while the server was getting restart (restart = 2mins of downtime for better speeds)
