if your stat freeze , check your PLAN , it PPD or PPS

i'm seeing more and more guy's PLAN was changed automatically to Pay Per Sale that was not request by user .

until now, we have 4 guys having that problem twice or more times and they reported here but FILEJungle said that not a bug, they did not do anything with their system.

Filejungle also don't have any idea about compensation for that bug / problem :(

if that problem happens only one time, maybe we can accept it as our mistake because we may forgot that we pressed changing button plan. but the problem happened two or more times, HOW CAN WE ACCEPT IT AS OUR MISTAKE ?

before i'm on 50/50 & it's change to ppd automatically & i can guaranty it it's not my mistake.there is bug,they can't ignore this otherwise they change it manually.they need to fixed it.
