Remote upload from wupload to wupload dont work and filesonic to wupload the plugin has broken plese fix so many problem now on remote upload

Does wupload only count 1 download from one 1 ip in 24 hours?
in that case, if some one have a high speed download, he could download all my files in 24 hours and i only get paid once?
That's not fair...
Is that true? I'm just started my wupload, and i heard someone said they only count 1 download from 1 ip in 24 hours.
 
We hope to upload "Wupload" by the return to normal mode.
