This is the official support thread for ZooUpload.
I would first like to make it clear that I have acquired ZooUpload within the past week (under new ownership). If any moderators would like proof then please PM me. I understand that the original thread was closed and the previous owner was banned under suspicions of running another file sharing site that failed to pay users in the past. Please understand that I have NO connection with the previous owner.
My company purchases websites that are in distress and develops them into high-quality internet properties. We are working on making changes to ZooUpload and transform it into a secure, reliable file storage website.
I have received a flood of emails regarding issues of payments. We are reviewing them on a case by case. I understand the frustration that many users are experiencing and would please urge you to be patient. The #1 issue that many users accounts are displaying "PAID" and claim that they never received a payment. This entails an investigation on each basis to ensure that the user was not actually paid, conformed to the Terms of Service, and in that case we will release a payment.
In the meantime, we are also adding new high-speed servers and making some changes to the website to make way for a better user-experience when uploading, storing, and sharing files.
