Yes it's a ripped skin but i had been though 1-20 skins to find a perfect one.
and i had a lot of other projects to do, so i am broke right now.
Custom skin coming soon hopefully.
warezlobby is not using it anymore.
from my point of view it is a amazing skin and its every easy on your eyes.

We are getting a new favicon soon. we also have increases the content of the site. We have fixed the forums. And wtf you think i copied wj background, there are millions of site with same background.

Not participating in the "politics" -- just a style review:
I personally think the skin is all wrong for a youtube-niche site. It should be red, unless it has its own uniqueness and can stand on its own merit in blue style... The current style = no. The only thing about it that remotely says youtube are the forum icons. And the forum icons are not unique at all - in fact - new/old posts should be represented by different icons. Your new posts icon is the same as old posts icon - at minimum - you should make it so that the old post icon is monotone.
Anyway - 1st suggestion = find a better skin or commission someone to make you one
