My Review:
- Favicon is pretty simple, but good.
- Logo could be improved.
- Instead of using '::' in the title, use '-'
- Remove shoutbox for guests?
- The width of your forums is too big, make it like 80-90%?
- Remove the 'Yaseen Network' image as you don't have a network, yet.
- The '==--' and '--==' in your categories make it look child-ish, remove it.

Site has potential, 7/10.
 
Random Points
- Skin Looks Stretched
- ad stands out more then your banner
- Love the favicon
- Make shoutbox not viewable for guests
- Make trash not viewable to guests (or even members)
- remove the text at the footer bar that says register, faq ect looks weird


Overall could be pretty good with some tweaks.
