Does it really help...?

Since i'm trying to get my Site's SEO up, on some very popular targeted keywords (Which is already paying off good)

What are the down sides?

and what are the prices etc..?

No... i meant the blasts, but i'd like to know the down sides first.

well in the long run it is not good. If you want quick results sure, however if the site has long term plans a blast would not be a good idea. It also depends on how much you blast. Some rely on the blast completely. If you have some good organic traffic with a very small blast you can see instant results with little effect long term (or from my experience anyways)
