First it took about a week until my server went online, then there were a lot of network outages and in the end I wanted to extend my server for another month which they didn't add to my server and the server has been suspended. No repsonse for over a week now. Seems like they ripped me off. I can't advice anyone to host there!

I think you know exactly which one is mine.
Sure you may also contact me via whatever you like.

But to make it quick. For me this case is done.
You had time for over a week to extend my server or to reply to my tickets with some excuse.
But ignoring and shutting the server down is not how you should handle any costumer.

You wouldn't have expected that I really go public with this.
But if you think that a hand full of dollars were worth to ruin your reputation, then it shall be...
