Hello WJuntion, Chris from XenServ here :)

I've been suggested by fellow web buds to post our new offshore here, we've been as xenserv.com only offering USA hosting, as warez is less and less acceptable there we had to move a large group of client's to a safe haven.

www.xenserv.eu will be (designed soon, hehe) and displaying our high performance ddos protected shared hosting on cPanel.

We have limited space currently but we expect demand, so we will meet it asap.

Support/Sales/Etc will be through XenServ.com (https://billing.xenserv.com)

This is for sole blog/forums/etc. You may not host public downloads however some files are legal, thus the lack of tons of space ;)

Current terms are don't abuse, warez linking is 100% a ok, you should know the rest. Abuser's will be terminated with out a tear.

Yes UK, etc.

Texas, USA, and other states are fallowing too.

Considering I've hosted for over 5 years I'd know where and where not legal to host warez linking/hosting. I used to host decent sized warez sites in USA for over 4 years 8-)

In the country we host in offshore, warez linking is perfectly legal. Warez hosting, only if not public.
 
XS.EUChris had his site running seamlessly in the US for nearly 5 years. When it became time to transfer to another location, I new that location would be top notch, and that we would not run into any problems.
