XAMPP access using public ip

Hello, im trying to access site im running with xampp on my pc from outside my network via my public ip adress, but it doesn't seem to work i keep getting timeout response in browser. Localhost works fine and so does access from other pc's from local network using private pc ip. Windows firewall is turned off.
Any suggestions how to solve this?

If I remember you should right click on its icon, there is an option to make it online as public.

no only start/stop for specific service appache/mysql/filezila...

did you even bother reading my topic... i said its turned off

anyway solved problem
just needed to do some port forwarding and its all working now
