Hello Nizax, first you have posted in the wrong section -- please read the rules before posting next time. (I have reported it so that hopefully a mod will move this thread).
As for what you want, you probably would be better off purchasing your own VPS and hosting it yourself, or try 1and1 (even though I have heard they can sometimes be crappy).
Not too many hosts now adays host windows.
